After almost 40 years in the same house, we decided it was time to downsize and move to a one-level house. Heather took us through the whole process. She even brought in an interior designer to consult so our house would show its best. Within 30 days we had a solid contract. Also during this time she helped us find our house to move to. Where to begin with describing my recent experience with a real estate agent who is so amazing, someone who goes WAY above and beyond in delivering service and support for her clients?

In this housing market a buyer can easily begin to feel overwhelmed and discouraged. My sister and I were feeling that way while trying to continue our search with patience, diligence and grace.

We had begun to doubt the existence of buying a home we could love. We were beginning to feel that we may have to make significant compromises on our dream home.

And then one day our home found us.
